The feasibility study is the foundation upon which your project plan resides, the feasibility study is the first step in defining the project requirements.

A feasibility study points a project in the right direction by helping decision-makers have a holistic view of the potential benefits, disadvantages, barriers and constraints that could affect its outcome.

To ensure this is carried out correctly, we gather the complete information regarding the project needs and wants from the client and analyse, assess and plan for these requirements, including the following:

·         Adapting/updating the Masterplan

·         Confirming the planning parameters and design codes (including fire-fighting regulations)

·         Assess the utility capacities and connections to ensure capacity is sufficient.

·         Assess site routes, traffic & transport management.
